About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive data and ETL test cases for large‑scale migration and transformation initiatives.
- Validate source‑to‑target data mappings, transformations, and integrity across Core Banking modules such as Accounts, Loans, Deposits, and Payments.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, compare, and report on data quality metrics.
- Document test results, manage defects, and collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Provide expert guidance on data validation best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of IT testing experience with 6–7+ years in banking/core banking domain.
- Proven expertise in data testing, ETL testing, and SQL query development.
- Deep knowledge of Core Banking modules and data migration workflows.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
