Software Engineer

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL processes to ingest, transform, and load data from diverse healthcare sources into enterprise data warehouses.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and analytics.
- Implement data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, data models, and performance metrics.
- Utilize Python and AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, Glue) to automate data workflows and enhance scalability.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve data pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data systems engineering or related roles within a healthcare or regulated environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data modeling.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AWS cloud services.
- Experience with data governance, quality assurance, and compliance frameworks.
