About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and optimize relational databases to support utility program data needs.
- Develop and automate SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Create dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports to track program performance and inform decision‑making.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for program improvement.
- Document data processes and provide training to stakeholders on reporting tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SQL and relational database design.
