Solutions Architect
Lead the design and implementation of scalable data solutions, leveraging cloud platforms, advanced SQL, and Python to transform raw data into actionable insights for enterprise clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end data pipelines and lakehouse solutions on AWS, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into robust data models and ETL workflows.
- Implement and optimize SQL and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading across heterogeneous sources.
- Design and maintain data governance frameworks, including metadata management, lineage, and data quality monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices for cloud‑native data services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture or senior data engineering roles.
- Proven expertise with AWS services such as Redshift, S3, Glue, and Lake Formation.
- Strong command of SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Hands‑on experience with ETL/ELT tools and big data technologies (Spark, Hive).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical audiences.
