About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to optimize healthcare financial processes and improve payer-provider outcomes.
- Extract, clean, and transform large healthcare datasets using SQL and Python, ensuring data quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable dashboards.
- Implement scalable data pipelines on AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue) to support real‑time analytics and reporting.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics within the healthcare or financial services sector.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with ML libraries such as scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying models on AWS services.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
