About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from Shopify, customer support tickets, and speech transcripts to uncover actionable insights.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning pipelines in Python to forecast sales trends and customer churn.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate data findings into user‑friendly dashboards and Jira tickets.
- Implement A/B tests and experiment designs to validate hypotheses and measure impact on e‑commerce metrics.
- Document methodologies, maintain reproducible codebases, and present results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of data science experience in an e‑commerce or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with Shopify API integrations.
- Strong statistical background and hands‑on experience with machine learning libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex analyses into clear Jira tasks.
- Familiarity with speech recognition data and customer support analytics is a plus.
