About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operationalize generative and agentic AI models that drive strategic business outcomes at scale.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, architecture, and governance teams to ensure secure, compliant, and responsible AI deployments.
- Oversee the full model lifecycle—from data acquisition and feature engineering to model validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Champion advanced analytics techniques to uncover insights, optimize processes, and inform data‑driven decision making.
- Mentor and guide a high‑performing data science team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science and AI/ML at enterprise level.
- Deep expertise in generative AI, agentic AI, and advanced analytics methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end model lifecycle and deploying production‑grade AI solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern ML infrastructure (Kubeflow, MLflow, etc.).
