Data Scientist
Data Scientist responsible for building predictive models, analyzing large clinical datasets, and delivering actionable insights using Python, SQL, and AWS services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to support clinical research and patient care.
- Extract, clean, and transform large-scale medical datasets using SQL and Python.
- Collaborate with clinicians and data engineers to define analytical requirements and validate model performance.
- Implement data pipelines and automate reporting workflows on AWS.
- Communicate findings through visualizations and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database design.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (S3, SageMaker, Lambda).
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex analyses into clear insights.
