About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to enhance user onboarding, KYC, and risk assessment processes.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines using SQL and Python to ingest, clean, and transform large datasets from blockchain and fiat sources.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks and performance monitoring to continuously improve model accuracy and system reliability.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders and drive data‑driven decision making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics within fintech or related domains.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with AWS services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker).
- Strong background in machine learning algorithms, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
