Lead data science initiatives in telemedicine, driving analytics, ML model development, and project delivery. Leverage Python, SQL, and ML techniques to transform healthcare data into actionable insights while coordinating cross‑functional teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to support telemedicine services and improve patient outcomes.
- Analyze large healthcare datasets using Python and SQL, extracting insights and creating visualizations for stakeholders.
- Lead end‑to‑end data science projects, coordinating with product, engineering, and clinical teams to define requirements and deliverables.
- Implement robust data pipelines and ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Communicate findings through reports, dashboards, and presentations to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python, including libraries such as pandas, scikit‑learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Experience with SQL and relational database design.
- Proven track record in building and deploying ML models in a production environment.
- Excellent project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
