About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business owners to define AI/analytics use cases and translate requirements into data science projects.
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that improve search relevance, content discovery, and insight generation.
- Engineer data pipelines to ingest, clean, and transform both structured and unstructured data sources.
- Implement feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and monitoring using Python and cloud services.
- Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings and support data‑driven decision making.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Experience building and deploying machine learning/NLP models at scale.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerized deployment.
- Ability to work remotely, manage multiple priorities, and obtain a US Public Trust clearance.
