About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to optimize specialty operations workflows.
- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to uncover trends and support decision‑making.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Implement scalable data pipelines on AWS (S3, Redshift, SageMaker) ensuring data quality and security.
- Communicate findings through interactive dashboards and visualizations, presenting insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field with 3+ years of data science experience.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow) and SQL for data manipulation.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker, Lambda).
- Strong statistical modeling skills and ability to evaluate model performance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
