Specialist Data Scientist who designs and deploys end‑to‑end Generative AI solutions, builds scalable RAG pipelines, and leads advanced analytics to drive data‑driven decisions while mentoring junior talent.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and productionize Generative AI applications using large language models and foundational AI components.
- Architect and implement scalable Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows for real‑time knowledge retrieval.
- Write complex SQL queries and Python code to extract, transform, and prepare large datasets for statistical and machine‑learning modeling.
- Conduct deep‑dive diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analyses to support strategic business decisions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, fostering best practices in model development, evaluation, and deployment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or a related field, with a strong focus on AI/ML solutions.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and advanced SQL for data manipulation.
- Hands‑on experience building and fine‑tuning large language models and RAG pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into end‑to‑end analytical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of mentoring technical talent.
