Rocketech Software Development is seeking a Data Scientist with 3+ years of computer vision experience to join a new project. This role involves developing AI for early infection diagnosis using eye images and patient data, requiring expertise in data analysis, image processing, and Python.
About the role
Project Overview
This is a NEW project involving development from scratch. The project focuses on creating artificial intelligence in medicine based on user data (photos of the eye and a completed questionnaire). The key idea is the early diagnosis of the presence of infection by analyzing eye images. The purpose is to determine whether a person is healthy or has an infection (e.g., COVID) based on provided photos and metadata from a patient's card.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of an existing data set.
- Conducting Proof of Concept (PoC).
- Building a pipeline for obtaining and standardizing data.
- Analysis of suitable neural network architectures and algorithms at the PoC level.
What We Expect From You
- Experience in computer vision 3+ years.
- Python programming proficiency.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets.
- Proven experience in image analysis and processing techniques.
- Passion for data exploration to find correlations and interconnections.
- Ability to present results of findings comprehensively.
- Knowledge in statistics and mathematics.
Will Be a Plus
- Previous experience in Open Source Research.
- Experience in biomedical imaging.
