About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate predictive risk models using Python and machine learning frameworks.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and feature engineering workflows in SQL and AWS services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Lead model performance monitoring, bias assessment, and continuous improvement cycles.
- Document methodologies, produce technical reports, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science, risk modeling, or related analytics roles.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and model validation techniques.
- Experience with data engineering concepts and large‑scale data processing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations.
