About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines to ingest and process large volumes of user and business activity data.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to predict user behavior, recommend features, and optimize product performance.
- Conduct rigorous A/B tests and experiments, analyze results, and translate findings into product recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—product managers, engineers, designers—to define metrics, dashboards, and data products that drive decision making.
- Communicate complex analytical insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations and concise reports.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL for data manipulation.
- Proven track record of building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Experience with product analytics tools and dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies.
