About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and scale end‑to‑end data science solutions for pricing, demand forecasting, and customer intelligence across the organization.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in developing predictive models, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder priorities.
- Drive adoption of cloud‑native analytics (AWS) and modern data engineering practices to support real‑time decision making.
- Mentor and develop junior data scientists, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior executives to translate analytical insights into actionable commercial strategies and financial outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record in pricing, forecasting, or revenue management.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker, Glue) and data pipeline orchestration.
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to influence at the executive level.
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
