About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning models that power content recommendations, search relevance, and user personalization across Prime Video platforms.
- Analyze large‑scale viewing, engagement, and operational datasets to uncover insights that drive product improvements and content strategy.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and UX designers to integrate predictive models into production pipelines using AWS services.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and feature stores, ensuring data quality, reproducibility, and scalability.
- Communicate findings and model performance to stakeholders through clear visualizations and actionable reports.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and its data‑science ecosystem (pandas, scikit‑learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Experience developing and deploying machine‑learning models at scale, preferably on AWS (SageMaker, EMR, Lambda).
- Solid foundation in statistical modeling, experimental design, and A/B testing.
- Proficiency with SQL and large‑scale data processing tools (Redshift, Athena, Spark).
- Ability to translate complex analytical results into clear business recommendations and visualizations.
