About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to predict network performance degradation and incident likelihood across AWS’s global fabric.
- Collaborate with network operations teams to integrate AI-driven triage and mitigation into automated incident response pipelines.
- Analyze large-scale network telemetry, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights for infrastructure scaling and reliability.
- Design and maintain data pipelines, feature stores, and model monitoring systems using AWS services.
- Contribute to the architectural evolution of network operations, balancing human expertise with automation.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (S3, Glue, SageMaker, CloudWatch, Lambda).
- Solid understanding of network protocols, routing, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in data engineering, ETL pipelines, and large‑scale data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
