The Role
We're looking for an exceptional Data Scientist to join our high-impact team at Fever! You'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our monetization strategies and driving revenue growth. You'll leverage your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and experimentation to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and ensure that Fever continues to thrive in the dynamic world of live entertainment.
Responsibilities
- Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the impact of pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and new monetization features.
- Develop and implement predictive models to forecast revenue, identify pricing sensitivities, and optimize user lifetime value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights related to user behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key monetization metrics and provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into performance.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and monetization strategies, and proactively identify opportunities to apply them at Fever.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Scientist role, with a strong focus on monetization, pricing, or revenue optimization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language commonly used for data analysis (e.g., Python or R).
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design (A/B testing).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
