Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy predictive models that power ad‑tech and mar‑tech solutions across multiple client platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business objectives into data science experiments and actionable insights.
• Conduct rigorous data exploration, feature engineering, and model validation using Python and SQL.
• Publish research findings and develop internal tools to streamline experimentation and measurement workflows.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the continuous improvement of data science best practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch for building production‑ready models.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database design for large‑scale data extraction and manipulation.
• Deep understanding of predictive modeling techniques, including regression, classification, and time‑series forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a track record of delivering data‑driven solutions.
• Effective communication skills to present complex findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
