About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that quantify marketing impact using causal inference techniques such as Causal MMM and Incrementality testing.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to ingest, clean, and transform large marketing and financial datasets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Validate model performance, conduct robustness checks, and iterate on algorithms to improve accuracy and interpretability.
- Document methodologies, create reproducible workflows, and present findings to stakeholders in clear, concise reports.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in data science libraries (pandas, scikit‑learn, statsmodels).
- Proven expertise in causal inference, A/B testing, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with SQL and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex analyses to non‑technical audiences.
