About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models to support business decision‑making.
- Extract, clean, and transform large structured and unstructured data sets using SQL and Python.
- Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover trends and validate model performance.
- Create clear visualizations and dashboards that communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product, engineering, and risk, to integrate data‑driven solutions into existing workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, matplotlib) and strong SQL querying skills.
- Experience with machine‑learning algorithms, model evaluation, and feature engineering.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and ability to apply them to real‑world problems.
- Effective communication skills and ability to translate complex analytical results into business recommendations.
