About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable data pipelines and models to extract actionable insights from complex, large‑scale datasets.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to solve domain‑specific problems and improve predictive accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and communicate findings through clear visualizations and reports.
- Ensure reproducibility and maintain rigorous documentation of data workflows, model assumptions, and validation results.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in data science, including model governance and ethical data use.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or related analytical roles, with a strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and computer science.
- Hands‑on experience with big‑data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to build end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines and deploy models in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
