About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain end‑to‑end measurement pipelines for large‑scale A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define experiment design, statistical analysis, and reporting standards.
- Develop reusable Python and SQL modules, leveraging AWS services for data ingestion, processing, and model deployment.
- Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in experimentation and data governance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with a strong focus on experimentation.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with A/B testing frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and a passion for driving data‑driven decision making.
