Data Scientist driving fintech innovation with advanced analytics, machine learning, and experimentation to improve customer outcomes and product trust across product, risk, operations, compliance, and engineering teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy predictive models and experiments to solve real business problems across product, risk, and operations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business objectives into data‑driven solutions.
- Perform rigorous statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing to validate model performance and business impact.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and dashboards using SQL and Python.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations and concise reports.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries such as pandas, scikit‑learn, and statsmodels.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Solid foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimental design.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced fintech or technology environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations.
