About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operationalize end‑to‑end AI and machine‑learning models that solve complex business problems.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into clear, measurable data science projects and deliver data products that drive decision‑making.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data quality, governance, and scalable architecture for production workloads.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, sharing best practices in model development, validation, and deployment.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through visualizations, reports, and presentations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and deploying production‑grade machine‑learning or AI solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python and its data‑science ecosystem (pandas, scikit‑learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization/orchestration tools for scalable deployment.
- Proven ability to work with ambiguous problems, translate them into data‑driven solutions, and communicate insights to non‑technical audiences.
