About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and autonomous AI agents using Python and AWS services.
- Apply advanced machine learning and generative AI techniques to transform raw data into actionable insights and predictive models.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify business problems, propose data‑driven solutions, and iterate on model performance.
- Implement Responsible AI practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance throughout the model lifecycle.
- Document methodologies, maintain reproducible codebases, and share findings with stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science with a strong focus on generative AI and agentic systems.
- Hands‑on experience building and scaling RAG architectures and autonomous agents.
- Deep understanding of Responsible AI principles and experience applying them in production.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
