Senior Data Scientist driving end‑to‑end ML solutions across lending, collections, KYC, UPI growth and ads recommendation, leveraging Python, deep learning, GenAI and cloud services to deliver high‑impact business outcomes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for diverse data types (text, image, tabular) that directly influence product features and business metrics.
- Collaborate with product, engineering and business stakeholders to translate complex business problems into data‑driven solutions.
- Lead experimentation, A/B testing and model validation to ensure robust, production‑ready models.
- Mentor junior data scientists and share best practices in model development, versioning and monitoring.
- Stay current with cutting‑edge research in deep learning and GenAI, evaluating new techniques for potential application.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning with a strong portfolio of production deployments.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Hands‑on experience with GenAI models and large‑scale data pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics or related field preferred.
