About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end data science initiatives across multiple products, translating business objectives into analytical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and technical PMs to shape product design, feature prioritization, and roadmap planning.
- Develop and deploy scalable machine‑learning models on AWS, ensuring robust performance and maintainability.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis, A/B testing, and performance tracking to drive data‑based decision making.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to cross‑functional teams, translating complex findings into actionable business impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of data science experience in a product‑driven environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS services (SageMaker, Redshift, Lambda).
- Strong background in machine‑learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and experimentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with large‑scale data pipelines and cloud‑native analytics is a plus.
