About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and statistical analyses to support biomedical research initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights and visualizations.
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility across research projects.
- Document methodologies, code, and results for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with emerging analytical techniques and contribute to methodological advancements within the department.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience applying machine learning and statistical methods to large biomedical datasets.
- Proficiency in Python and R, with strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience creating interactive dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
