About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to predict credit risk and optimize financing offers.
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to extract actionable insights for product and risk teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Document model assumptions, performance metrics, and validation results for internal and regulatory review.
- Iterate on models and feature engineering to improve accuracy and reduce bias.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, XGBoost) and SQL.
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex findings to non‑technical audiences.
