About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models for lending, collections, KYC, UPI growth, and ads recommendation.
- Transform raw text, image, and tabular data into actionable insights using advanced ML/DL and GenAI techniques.
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to define problem scope, deliver end‑to‑end solutions, and iterate on model performance.
- Maintain model pipelines, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Document methodologies, share findings, and mentor junior data scientists.
Requirements
- 3+ years of data science experience in a fast‑moving tech environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong background in applying GenAI or large‑language‑model techniques to real‑world problems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex analytics into business insights.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and model deployment pipelines is a plus.
