Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines for legal and regulatory data using Python and AWS services.
- Translate complex business challenges into technical solutions, evaluating feasibility and performance.
- Mentor and coach junior data scientists, fostering a collaborative research environment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into product roadmaps.
- Document methodologies, maintain reproducible codebases, and present findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of applied data science experience in a fast‑moving tech environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS (S3, SageMaker, Lambda).
- Strong background in machine learning, NLP, and statistical modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior talent.
- Experience with large‑scale data processing and model deployment.
