Lead the design and implementation of data‑driven HR solutions, leveraging Python, machine learning, and advanced analytics to uncover talent insights and optimize workforce strategies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast employee turnover, engagement, and performance using Python and machine learning libraries.
- Design and execute data pipelines, ensuring data quality and integrity across HR systems and external sources.
- Translate complex HR metrics into actionable insights through dashboards and visualizations (Tableau/Power BI).
- Collaborate with HR business partners to define analytical requirements and deliver data‑driven recommendations.
- Document methodologies, model performance, and findings for internal stakeholders and compliance purposes.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python, including pandas, scikit‑learn, and SQL for data extraction.
- Experience with machine learning techniques (classification, regression, clustering) applied to HR data.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and the ability to communicate insights to non‑technical audiences.
- Background in HR analytics or related domain preferred.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
