About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end analytical pipelines to support policy and operational decisions.
- Develop, validate, and maintain predictive and statistical models using Python and machine‑learning libraries.
- Transform raw data from multiple sources into clean, queryable datasets using SQL and data‑wrangling tools.
- Create interactive visualisations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineers, product owners and domain experts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Python for data analysis, including libraries such as pandas, scikit‑learn, and statsmodels.
- Strong SQL proficiency for data extraction, manipulation and performance optimisation.
- Solid understanding of statistical modelling, hypothesis testing and machine‑learning algorithms.
- Ability to visualise complex data sets using tools like Tableau, Power BI or matplotlib.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering actionable insights in a collaborative environment.
