About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate product features and user experience improvements.
- Conduct causal inference and root‑cause analysis to uncover drivers of key metrics.
- Develop statistical models and dashboards that translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to define measurement frameworks and ensure data quality.
- Automate data pipelines and reporting workflows using Python and SQL to support rapid experimentation cycles.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, statsmodels, scikit‑learn) and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Hands‑on experience designing and evaluating A/B tests, including power analysis and significance testing.
- Solid understanding of causal inference methods (e.g., propensity scoring, instrumental variables).
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to communicate findings to non‑technical audiences.
- Background in statistics, econometrics, or a related quantitative field (BS/MS or equivalent experience).
