Lead the design, development, and deployment of GenAI and predictive models for an enterprise AI‑driven Service Planning & Design platform, focusing on cost estimation, compliance intelligence, and document/image interpretation using Python, ML, and AWS.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operationalize ML and GenAI models for cost estimation, calibration, and compliance intelligence within a large‑scale AI platform.
- Develop advanced NLP and computer vision pipelines for document and image interpretation, integrating with GenAI agents.
- Collaborate with cloud architects to deploy models on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Work closely with domain SMEs to translate business requirements into technical solutions and validate model outputs.
- Monitor model performance, conduct bias audits, and implement continuous improvement cycles.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn) and GenAI technologies.
- Proficiency with AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3, EC2) and cloud deployment best practices.
- Hands‑on expertise in NLP, computer vision, and predictive modeling for enterprise applications.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate complex business problems into data‑driven solutions.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders.
