About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to enhance property screening and tenant matching.
- Extract, clean, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data using SQL and Python.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate analytical findings into actionable product features.
- Build interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality across the platform using AWS services.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data warehousing solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex findings to non‑technical audiences.
