Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional teams in designing, developing, and deploying data‑driven solutions for insurance and research initiatives.
- Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to large, heterogeneous datasets to uncover actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain reproducible data pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with federal standards.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations, reports, and presentations.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of continuous learning and methodological rigor.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven experience with Python, R, SQL, and machine learning libraries (scikit‑learn, caret, etc.).
- Strong background in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
