About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to evaluate product features and personalization tactics.
- Develop robust experimental designs, ensuring statistical power, proper randomization, and unbiased measurement.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to translate business hypotheses into testable experiments.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and analytical tools in Python and SQL for experiment tracking and reporting.
- Interpret results, generate actionable insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and documentation.
Requirements
- Strong background in statistics, experimental design, and hypothesis testing.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scipy, statsmodels) and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and personalization platforms.
- Ability to translate complex analytical results into business recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
