Data Scientist/Engineer with Top Secret clearance to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI‑enabled data solutions for the DoD’s CDAO ADA IR program, leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and cloud technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines and ML models for mission‑critical DoD applications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate analytical insights into actionable defense solutions.
- Implement scalable, secure cloud architectures (AWS) ensuring compliance with DoD security standards.
- Validate model performance, conduct rigorous testing, and document results for operational deployment.
- Participate in continuous improvement of data science workflows and tooling.
Requirements
- Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI and CI Poly.
- Proven experience in Python, machine learning, and data engineering.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (SageMaker, Glue, Redshift, etc.).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
- Effective communication skills for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
