Data Scientist
Lead end‑to‑end predictive modeling for a B2C SaaS platform, owning problem definition, data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring while driving experimentation and business impact.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of predictive models: from problem scoping and data exploration to feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud services (AWS).
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to validate model impact on key business metrics.
- Monitor model performance in production, troubleshoot drift, and iterate on improvements.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to translate business needs into data‑driven solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Python and machine learning libraries (scikit‑learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow).
- Proficiency in SQL and data pipeline orchestration on AWS (S3, Glue, SageMaker).
- Hands‑on experience with experimentation platforms and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex models to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Passion for building production‑grade ML systems and continuous improvement.
