Lead discovery-driven data science projects, designing and executing A/B tests, leveraging BigQuery for large-scale analysis, and applying causal inference techniques to uncover actionable insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate product and feature changes.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and queries in BigQuery to support experimentation and reporting.
- Apply causal inference methods to isolate treatment effects and inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into product improvements.
- Document experiment designs, results, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Strong experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in BigQuery, SQL, and data manipulation at scale.
- Solid understanding of causal inference techniques (e.g., propensity scoring, difference-in-differences).
- Background in data science, statistics, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
