About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate classification algorithms for defence‑related digital targeting problems.
- Develop and fine‑tune generative AI models, applying hyperparameter optimization techniques to maximize performance.
- Perform statistical analysis and feature engineering on large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Create clear visualizations and dashboards to communicate model results to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate machine‑learning solutions into operational pipelines.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and its data‑science ecosystem (e.g., pandas, scikit‑learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Hands‑on experience with machine‑learning model development, especially classification and generative models.
- Demonstrated ability to perform hyperparameter tuning using tools such as Optuna, Ray Tune, or similar.
- Solid foundation in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a security‑sensitive environment.
