Lead the design and deployment of advanced predictive models, leveraging Python, R, and SQL to transform complex datasets into actionable insights. Drive end‑to‑end data science projects, from data modeling to model training and production implementation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of high‑complexity predictive models and training datasets, ensuring robust performance and scalability.
- Execute end‑to‑end data science workflows, from data extraction and cleaning to feature engineering and model validation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into data‑driven solutions.
- Document methodologies, model assumptions, and results for stakeholders and future reference.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on best practices in data modeling and machine learning.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data modeling, with a total of 8 years of related work experience (or equivalent advanced degrees).
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex findings to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and model deployment pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
