About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to predict health outcomes and optimize care pathways.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines for ingesting and processing petabyte‑scale datasets.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques to validate model performance and uncover actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate analytical findings into business strategies.
- Maintain documentation and reproducibility of analytical workflows using version control and cloud services.
Requirements
- PhD or Master’s in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, with a strong portfolio of production‑grade models.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, S3, EMR).
- Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and big data technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
