Lead data-driven decision making by designing, building, and deploying machine‑learning models and analytics solutions that improve underwriting, pricing, and customer experience.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operationalize predictive machine‑learning models to support underwriting, pricing, and fraud detection.
- Collaborate with product, actuarial, and engineering teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Perform data extraction, cleaning, and feature engineering using large‑scale structured and unstructured datasets.
- Create visualizations and dashboards that communicate insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Monitor model performance in production and implement continuous improvement cycles.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and its data‑science libraries (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying predictive models in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Expertise in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross‑functional teams.
