About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large clinical datasets from EHRs and other sources.
- Develop and validate predictive models using machine learning and statistical methods to support clinical decision‑making.
- Design and run A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate interventions and treatment protocols.
- Translate analytical findings into clear visualizations and reports for clinicians and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior data scientists and clinicians to refine hypotheses and ensure clinical relevance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, statsmodels) and SQL for data manipulation.
- Strong foundation in statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Experience with machine learning pipelines and model deployment in a healthcare context.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex insights to non‑technical audiences.
- Familiarity with clinical terminology and healthcare data standards is a plus.
