About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement predictive and prescriptive models to optimize business workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop end‑to‑end data pipelines on AWS, integrating data from multiple sources and ensuring data quality and governance.
- Collaborate with business units to translate process‑improvement opportunities into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Create interactive dashboards and visual reports that communicate findings to stakeholders and support data‑driven decision making.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance monitoring of deployed models, iterating to enhance accuracy and business impact.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL for data manipulation and modeling.
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying machine‑learning solutions on AWS services (S3, SageMaker, Lambda, Redshift).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and redesign business processes using data‑driven methodologies.
- Experience with data‑visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
